Arrival

I felt that an empty bed best represents the busyness and city noise of Singapore. We are fast-paced, constantly stressed out, chasing after what we have coined as 'success'. Yet, at the end of the day, some return to empty homes, empty beds or worse, feeling empty. We claim to know what we want so well yet we know nothing of ourselves. Silence is the most jarring noise. Loneliness screams. Facades of happiness will all come to an end as we dread the day we face nothing but ourselves.
