    Ah, 1960's brutalist architecture. I live near the university of Minnesota, and all of the buildings on the West Bank are done in this style. Poured concrete, tiny windows, no color. In the winter everything turns into a wash of grey and black. Apparently the buildings are very energy efficient, but I think they look depressing. My brother really likes them; "no fancy architecture to distract me from studying!" Says he.

    @honeygrahams224 In Tula this building in a single amount. It's the administrative building. The rest of the city built five-story buildings, called Khrushchyovka. But in Moscow, this brutal style is very popular. Many houses in the centre built in it. It attracts me with its grandeur and minimalism.
