Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager – Mainland China

Location: Shanghai or Hong Kong

Job Description

General

  • Take a leading role in the management of ecommerce and digital marketing in collaboration with a team of multi-talented and multi-cultural members in Shanghai, Hong Kong and across the globe.
  • Localisation of international launches and campaigns into the local market
  • Contact person for the online platforms such as Alibaba, JD, WeChat, etc. for applications, renewal of accounts, etc.
  • Report directly to GM, regional and int. team

Ecommerce

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the online marketplaces (including Tmall, JD, Taobao, and other platforms) with the China online team
  • Offer excellent customer experience, as well as after sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and shop rating
  • Continuous optimisation of sell-through to achieve the online sales target
  • Excellent management of order fulfilment and China stock availability in coordination with the logistics team and general management
  • Review and update the latest sales trend in China and constantly send proposals for new business opportunity, sales campaign idea, promotion, etc.
  • Also develop own online shop in coordination with the regional and international team.

Marketing

  • Build and manage excellent relationships with press and ensure press mentions upon new product launches and new marketing campaigns.
  • Build and nurture an online community via own website and social media
  • Coops marketing with various brands, influencers, and medias
  • Create local contents featuring highlighted products on official website
  • SEM, SEO, paid ads strategies

Requirements

  • At least 1-3 years experience in e-commerce, marketing, public relations with China experience
  • Degree holder
  • Proficiency in English and Putonghua (both spoken and written), Cantonese is a bonus
  • Technical knowledge in photography is required
  • Extensive knowledge of trends on different China social media platforms is required
  • Knowledge in analogue photography and Lomography is a big advantage

  • 与中国区丶亚洲区总经理及国际团队进行日常沟通及工作报告

电子商务:

  • 与上海团队管理天猫丶京东丶淘宝及官网网店等平台的日常运作
  • 定期进行销售汇报,并为国内不同购物节日拟定合适的营销计划
  • 与上海团队为顾客提供卓越的售前售后体验, 从而提升店铺综信评分
  • 不断优化店铺商品信息及顾客购物流程,从而完成销售目标
  • 与物流团队协调沟通,提供网店库存管理及即时反馈订单物流问题
  • 与亚洲及国际团队协调维护及优化官网网店的发展

市场营销:

  • 拟定年度市场营销策略计划
  • 发掘并积极维护潜在合作伙伴的关系,包括不同品牌丶自媒体领袖和传统媒体,协助跟进产品发布和评测事宜
  • 积极维护官方网站和社区的活跃度
  • 为在线杂志和社交媒体平台创建本地化内容
  • 研究落实并优化电商平台丶官网网店和社交平台的搜寻引擎行销和付费广告策略

职位要求:

  • 具国际经验,如海外留学,曾在外企工作
  • 本科学历以上
  • 至少 1-3 年于电子商务丶市场营销,公共关系及媒体传播学等相关工作经验
  • 熟练使用英文和普通话(包括口语和书写),会广东话优先考虑
  • 热爱摄影,掌握一定摄影技巧;了解胶片摄影和 Lomography 会是一大优势
  • 需要对不同社交媒体平台及电商平台的趋势发展有广泛的了解
  • 熟练使用 MS Office, Photoshop 等设计工具会加分
  • 积极主动丶善于数据分析丶细致入微丶愿意探索
