The name is not so appealing, right? This is another popular street food in Vietnam and it is a dish of Southern Chinese origin. It can be eaten with tamarind sauce and bread. I used to have this every Saturday after church. There's no need for fancy seats or tables. You can just enjoy the dish on a small seat (most of the time I have to bend down so much to eat that I look like I'm in a squat position) and spend time doing people-watching.
