On a sunny cold holiday Monday, I took a break from a reno project I was doing at home and drove out to the R.C. Harris Water Filtration Plant at the eastern end of the Toronto Beaches. This is Toronto's largest water treatment plant and it supplies clean water to most of the city. Unfortunately for me, It's been under renovation for a few years due to the installation of a new internal holding tank. I'll have to return one day when the construction is over an reshoot this Art Deco masterpiece of urban architecture.
