I don't want to leave Hampi like this... the least I could do was to document this ruthless redevelopment; and let the world know how a government turns an archeological heritage site into a golden goose.
GREAT ALBUM. I love how you used lomography not just for art but to also to say a message. This is like LOMO journalism. I feel bad that people are neglecting culture and heritage for money and so called progress.
@adash@kimpy05 The police wanted to know why I took pictures. I felt strongly that people in the outside world should know what they are doing to the locals. Many travellers in Southern India told me about the atrocities, I just didn't think it'd blatantly show up on my doorsteps.
