Struggling to find any free time for shooting, I've decided to try and carry a film camera with me whenever possible and take pictures of the environment I'm in which happens to be the city of Plymouth. Travelling to and from work, running late for a rehearsal, on the way to the shop...when I see something interesting, I capture it. For this lot I was using a Yashica J rangefinder loaded with Fomapan Classic 100 asa monochrome negative film. The camera is small and easy to carry in the pocket of my jacket or in my backpack. It's also very limited and quick to use, which kinda works with my daily rushed schedule. I've developed the film myself in the bathroom of my flat one night, stayed up till late that night. This is my first bw roll for the past year and a half and my chemicals where sitting in the cupboard for that long. Developer (Kodak D-76, stock)was ok, but fixer was kinda gone, not sure what was wrong with it, but the film didn't fix very well and it got contaminated with something as you can see from the scans. I hope you'll like the images.
