Valencia museum stitch-up

Looking through some photos of a trip to Valencia taken a while back I came across these two shots that lent themselves to being stitched together. The science museum in the City of Arts and Sciences was just one part of this incredible complex and is meant to resemble the skeleton of a whale. Funny thing was, there wasn't really that much to see. It was just this vast space with a few bits and bobs dotted about the place almost as an afterthought.

If you think the inside is impressive then check out how it looks from the outside, not to mention the other buildings. There's an opera house, an Imax cinema shaped like a huge eye, an aquarium and a sports venue all of which look like something out of a science fiction movie.
