Last December, I had a layover for an entire in Dubai on my way from Tokyo to France. I chose this flight on purpose because Dubai is a city where I would otherwise never go and I was very excited to do a photo marathon there. I spent most of my day in Old Dubai, walking along the creek, passing by the charming souks, visiting the Bastakiya quarter with its traditional Arabic buildings. This cozy atmosphere was a big contrast to the rest of the city with its impressive architecture.

I took my old friend, Diana Mini, which happened to make half-frames instead of squares and sometimes some massive light leaks. This made a beautifully unexpected result.
