Lomography Pioneers: @warning's Love Affair With Cross-Processing

1

There is never a dull moment in Tania (@warning)'s LomoHome. Sure, she has shot in black & white, but her photographs are mostly drenched in vibrant colors, thanks to her frequent use of slide films and cross-processing.

She got into Lomography back in 2008, using an assortment of cameras from the Lomo LC-A+ to the Spinner 360° and everything in between, but she once professed her love for the Diana F+. "She´s a hard girl, complicated, and stubborn at times. But sometimes she is sweet, charming and dreamy. She reminds me of myself."

Tania's photos often feature loved ones and friends during travels or posing as models. She is not one to shy away from deep saturation and high contrasts, which are common in cross-processed slide film. She views her photography as a way to create (a world of ) color and beauty, an expression of a world that is "more beautiful than this one."

Indeed, Tania has created a world that is truly fascinating, and it's an honor to have been invited to take a peek into her creative journey. It's been a while since her LomoHome was updated, but we hope that she is doing well!
