What went wrong?

Those are my first two shots with my "new" Polaroid 1000 (for SX-70 film). I used a Impossible Project Sx-70 film and i shot them in the afternoon, on a sunny day. Few seconds after i took them, the paper became dark blue. Another few seconds and became pink. About 5 minutes later i was able to see the objects (the dog and me shoting myself). Aboute 15minutes later the process stoped and there was no more alterations! I I take the picture from myself 24h ago and the picture from the dog 20 minutes ago.

What went wrog? :( May you help me?

did you cover the film after you shot it? you have to immediately shield the photo as soon as it comes out of the camera and it would be best to keep the photo warm as well.
