trying out my Kodak Brownie 127

I picked it off Ebay, complete with casing and instruction booklet. With a few adjustments, you can use 35 mm film with this camera since 127mm film is rare. ALl my shots were quite overexposed.

That's awesome you were able to get 35mm through that camera. I have a few old 127's that I've actually run 127 film through with very mixed results. I'd be curious how you did it. Cheers!

The 35mm film canister fit almost perfectly into the brownie 127, so it wasn't difficult at all!
I googled for tips just to be sure before trying it out for myself:

Pretty useful for finding out what others have done to keep the canister secure, number of turns on the winder per shot, what they used to seal the window etc.

If the film canister doesn't fit into the camera, I suppose the only other way is to manually transfer 35mm from the roll to an empty 127 spool in a changing bag/darkroom.
    Hope this helps!
