@marlonmosh Hi! Thanks for all your likes and comments. When I take the pictures I take my time to have the best composition and exposure. I scan all my negatives myself without any adjustements in tiff format. Only after that I do some contrast and sharpness adjustements and some dust cleaning in photoshop elements or lightroom. On the other hand, I never touch the colors.
Is that what you call "digital manipulation"?
Hey!
Yeah, something like that. I saw that this picture has really sharp contours and the leaves have something like a white aura around them. that's something i often see at digital pictures "bettered" with some hdr effect etc!
i really appreciate your work, these are some fine pictures and i have to say that there are so many beautiful pictures and i dont really dislike one of them. one of them is my new desktop background - i hope it's okay for you!
@marlonmosh The sharp contour and aura are caused by the resampling from the original 4500px picture to this 800px one. On the original you can't see that ;-)
That's ok for me ^^ I made a 100cm print from one similar picture of that building :-) I haven't posted it yet though...
@marlonmosh "digital pictures "bettered" with some hdr effect": that's the advantage of film photography, it doesn't need hdr to obtain a good exposure :-)
