@lomodesbro Thank you for your comments! This was a bit of an odd time in Manchester, as it is very unusual for it to suffer any sort of destructive natural event, such as floods or extreme weather etc... It was surreal to see the place covered in all of the stuff that the river washed up, and I presume that is what the figures were surveying from their vantage point on the bridge.
