@hervinsyah Thank you!! Yeah she's really beautiful. Have you ever shot portrait with IR film? This was first time for me, I didn't expect IR effect might ruin the beauty. She looks like ghost in other shot of her face turn to camera😱 It might be interesting in term of lomography😅
@hervinsyah I understand you. I wasted three or four rolls of films for IR. I used Fujifilm SC72 filter and took at ISO3. SC72filter allows to pass only infrared light so totally invisible when it's attached to lens. And aperture should be small like F8 or F11 because focus will be shifted. I wanted picture of black sky, so I'm gonna try shooting at ISO9 or maybe 12. Do you find any filter like this there??
Actually lot of filter sell online and offline here but I'm stubborn because that was my debut IR shoot, I shoot the IR film with horizon perfekt camera green filter & some shoot are not use filter at all 😁😭 IR film especially color IR are God of film. In 2009 when the first time I knew this film the price was the same with today color negative film but at that time I considered it as very expensive and not to buy film. And now I regret it. It's true people said that better regret have buy it rather than regret not buy it
@hervinsyah You mean you don't want to try IR shooting?!
Yeah color IR photo is super cool!! I've been looking for the film on auction site for long time but never seen unfortunately😩 2009...that was before I bought camera for the first time....
No I want the photo turn IR but I really don't know if IR should using filter 😁 my bad mistake didn't read the literal reference before shoot. You can buy color IR film on impossible project or other film supply. Just googling it with "color infra red film" as keyword
@hervinsyah I've read some article about color IR photo. The writer recommend to use yellow, orange or red filter. I didn't know that.
For b/w IR effect, bright white color of tree or plant, IR filter is needed.
If you want only black sky, red filter will work.
And I find color IR film on ebay, but those are quite expensive like over 70 us dollars for one roll😩
So instead I'm gonna try lomo purple film!
Haha yes the price are the main problem but I will buy the bulk one if I had a chance to buy it 😁 you should check @lazybuddha & @mylatehope color ir photo at their lomohomes. Both of them are God
