Me, Flashlight and expired Svema film

UPD: it was much expired Svema-64 as I found out. Original text: I had second roll of Tasma 42 to experiment with - and tried to reduce development time - however it is still obvious I didn't understand this film. Either it is critically much too sensitive (some say over 1200 iso) and thus goes overexposed - or the developer (Rodinal) is not good for it. I guess I won't be able to figure out as there are no currently any more such film in the shop.
