neukölln shits back!

some streets are really covered with dog poo. so i guess this is why someone sprayed this slogan. when i moved to berlin end of the 90s i once wanted to count the dog's droppings from my house to the end of the street. after about 50 meter there were about 150 meter more to go but i was already counting more than 100 so i stopped my empirical survey.
