Behind the fence (blue edition)

Prints of pictures made by using the alternative photographic process of cyanotype. To do so, heavy drawing paper was coated with a mixture of green ammonium ferric citrate and potassium ferrocyanide (red prussiate of potash) in a dark room to make it sensitive to light. In some cases, the images were inverted with Photoshop and then printed on overhead transparencies which were placed on the coated paper and then exposed to sunlight. In other cases, medium format negatives were directly placed on the coated paper and then exposed to sunlight.
