    @captainfantastic, I develop a lot of my black and white film with the 1 hour stand process because I can develop different films in the same tank at the same time. It is also useful if you are not sure what the film is. In some side by side tests, I felt that the results were every bit as good using Kodak Xtol or PMK Pyro. It is also very economical!
