The historic dockyard is not only a museum but a place where old crafts are alive. The small steamer was used by Queen Victoria to get ferried to her Royal Yacht Osborne. The german roots of the Royal Family are well displayed in the writing 'I serve' - Ich dien. Also found on the 2 pence coin. Sometimes if there is a quiz where you can win a million they ask for an english coin with german writing on it ;-)
