Taken with a NikonFE and sandwiched two negatives together then scanned them- I am now without a film camera entirely.. My baby (Nikon FE) stopped working OUT OF NOWHERE!! The shutter refuses to work. Now I am searching on eBay for a Nikon SLR (manual) that accepts F mount lenses. Wish me luck- I do t have much money … 😩 I feel like part of my soul has been sucked out of me since my camera is no longer working🤬💔
I'd suggest looking for an early model Nikon F, or if you like a (slightly) smaller camera, the Nikkormat FT. I have both and they're great. The only real difference between the F and FT is the FT lacks the interchangeable finder (and costs about half as much on the used market). They both accept F mount lenses.
