St. Francis Cathedral Basilica and Santa Fe Cathedral Park

St. Francis' in one of just 36 Cathedral Basilicas in the US, construction began in 1869 by Archbishop Jean Baptiste Lamy. It's Romanesque style dramatically stands out from the surrounding adobe buildings of downtown Santa Fe. North of the Cathedral is Santa Fe Cathedral Park, south is the Stations of the Cross Prayer Garden.
