Ok, this is sort of wonderful. A compact, early Fifties German folder, 6x6/6x4.5 format. Internet auction, three-day listing. One previous bidder, price still in single figures. I jump in – and it is mine! A few days later, I'm patching the leatherette, wiping dust from a Tessar lens, and building a replacement for the (obviously) missing 6x4.5 mask. The best seven euros I've ever spent.
