I just noticed...you used a Nikon FE. I inherited one of those from my father many years ago. It has always been one of my favourites. Now i have a tendency to use a Canon EOS 300 though with autofocus... ( read lazy...) Norway got at least some of the F16-planes ordered in 1976 so i guess it could be model A's we've got. Is it not about 1975 they came into use?
@sierravictor I think they were first delivered to training squadrons in 1975. I first saw one at an airshow in 1976.
My Nikon FE was my second SLR, and one I had the longest. After the third CLA and 15 years of hard use, the pentaprism was still too dirty to use the split screen focus. I wanted a brighter finder and autofocus, so I bought an N80. That was my last SLR.
