I was over the moon to discover that EOS analogue bodies use canons EF digital lenses so i had to give it whirl.

Clearly the body and lens have a good relationship as the AF and AE are operating nicely but the flash just seems to want to dazzle the entire time!

Happy with the results (developed by myself)

Ive recently purchased a EOS-1N which is the Flagship Canon SLR so expect results from that soon :)

Nice set. And yes, they are compatible. I would buy a film canon only to use digital lenses on it.....but the later are not too cheap, except the 50/1.8 of course.

@adash yeah some lens prices are obscenely high! although you can find original auto focus USM lenses that were launched around the same time as the original EOS range at a really low price. Ive found a 50mm f1.0 USM EF lens sell on eBay for £80 when dealers and photography shop bracket its value at around £1,800!
