   Wow great project, and a lot of work. I assume you are colouring the prints and re-shooting stop animation style to make the film.

   Indeed, a lot of work @akula thank you for the appreciation
   I´m using watercolors to color those prints, and then I´m scanning the colored prints. The color correction after scanning is a pain in the ass, 'cause I want to preserv the original B&W tones and the original watercolor tones.
   I would love to color the negatives directly, but I don´t have the equipment.
