Water comprises 75% of the human body but I feel some of us are have a little more than others. Those of us that feel as though we're part fish, needing to swim, surf, skim board or just bob about in the waves. As a coastal resident, I'm well aware of the importance of a healthy ocean. Without one there would be no harvesting of seafood, no recreational activities and spoilage of the area around the body of water, among other things. A world without water would be dry, and not only in the literal sense but in the figuratively boring sense. No swimming or surfing or going to the beach, because what would be the point of sitting on hot sand without the cool, refreshing jolt of jumping in the waves and playing?
