Is this on a piece of x-ray film? In 1970, when I was in the Navy, we would get outdated x-ray films, 5x7 and 8x10 and expose them in a pinhole camera made of black 24" PVC pipe and end caps. The "lens" was a piece of brass shim with a tiny hole drilled, about f/256, someone calculated. The shutter was a little door, and exposures could be hours. Fun for the patient.
Yes, this is X-ray film, approx. 13x13 cm. Camera was a box of the same size with a cut, covered with folie with tiny hole. Exposure was about 1 sec. Actually, X-ray film is very sensitive, so I dont get how you could have had hours exposure.
