A boat ride

We road a boat out to the Atlantis Submarine. This is my first time shooting Arista film I bought on a trip to Los Angeles. I noticed that I have a black streak running across most of the 200 ISO that I used first. It does not appear on the 100 ISO. Do you think it is a film or developing issue? I would appreciate the input.

I think maybe the negative got scratched? It can happen when putting it on the development spool in the darkroom or when turned in the tank.

@alex34 Thank you for the enlightenment and taking time to answer. I do not know too much about the developing process. I wish I had taken that class.
