Trail Ridge Road, Rocky Mountain National Park, Colorado, 2023
Took two of our boys and the Lomography Spinner 360 up the Trail Ridge Road in Rocky Mountain National Park this past summer. It was so cold that the rubber ring that powers the rotation got stiff and it wasn't able to make full rotations on all the shots. Very happy with the results overall just the same.
Great color in these shots! Funny how materials change in a cold cold climate. I once snapped a tent stake on a winter trip. Pulling it out of the ground it felt like a dry stick!
@JONBLONG — thank you for the comment. I don’t normally shoot color film; have always preferred B/W. That said, I am happy with these results. Credit to FujiFilm for the emulsion and the Film Photography Project for the soup (FPP C-41 / ECN-2 SUPER COLOR NEGATIVE DEVELOPMENT KIT) for the colors. I appreciate the feedback. Happy shooting!
