After reading the book, 1972 by Noritaka Minami, my sister and I decided to visit the Nakagin Capsule Tower. We wanted to rent an Airbnb room initially, but because the tower is already very run-down and has no central heating anymore, we had to stay in an apartment in Saitama. We took the train from Saitama to Tokyo just to look at the capsule tower from an overhead bridge. It was a cold autumn night but we went anyway. This picture is the result from our trip.
