An older gentleman walked down a hill, average height with peppered hair, towards my direction and said "That's not a real camera is it? . . . It's not an old camera is it?"
As the camera came into focus he gasped exclaiming "Oh, it is! It is an old camera… How beautiful. How marvelous. Wow . . . Look at it . . . Do they still make film for this? What kind of film does it take?"
"35mm and 120mm. Check out the view finder. And, look, it has a magnifier and twin lenses."
"Oh, wow that's very impressive. You having fun?"
"Oh, yes, I love your tree. You have a perfect view of the snow covered mountains from here on clear day, hmm?"
"Yeah, but it's so hazy you can barely see anything."
He bid me well as I turned around to get just one more look at the snow covered mountain. The air was clear but I don't think he noticed.
