Snow Camp lookout 2

We were surrounded by huge sections of where the Biscuit fire had occurred some years ago. The trees were so white and perfect that they hardly looked real. Green to one side, stretches of blank canvas to the other. When spots of living plants were in the middle of dead ones, it looked like someone had set it up by hand, created a little scene in the middle of the dead matter.
