On our way out of the 'apartment' area in the Manila North Cemetery, we saw a tent where a funeral service company promoted their worry-free death services. Their marketing gimmick included an exhibit of a visually arresting fuchsia-painted coffin that was made to stand vertically with door that opened and closed and a window that was kept open. Visitors and curios passersby were enticed to try standing inside the coffin for crazy photo-ops. Sales staff were saying it's for facebook profile pix. Analogue photographers Lorna and Mike were game enough to try and pose before our cameras.
