Shutter Jam on the signs of the times

I wanted to capture something that showed what is happening these days and how times have changed, however the shutter jammed partially on this frame, this sign has had some alterations in recent years however its been mostly left alone, Stevenage town centre with the exception of perhaps Max Spielman in the westgate centre no longer has any dedicated camera shops but at one point there was 3 in close proximity, Jessops, Supa snaps and an independent repairer that I couldn't read from deterioration, perhaps its time for a Lomography store here :)
