My last trip for API, northbound this time. For a week my day job was to be a speaker for all the deans & academes of the city. By dusk it was hammertime with their undergrads. Nevermind that there was a typhoon signal #2 and my next destination went underwater. This was student life in the land of Ukay, native art, bottomless coffee, impromptu gigs, chilling beer in the open, organic greens of all sorts, creative energy and so on. All this and meeting with the genius Kidlat Tahimik made this trip one for the books. 2008
