It's called "tàu hủ nước đường" or "tàu phớ" in my language. I think Chinese and Filipinos also have the same kind of tofu dessert. It contains soft tofu, ginger syrup and something similar to boba pearls. It can be eaten with coconut milk. This one is my most favorite dessert ever, like ever! I used to eat this whenever I woke up from my afternoon's naps in the summer when I didn't have school. I ate 4 or 5 small bowls of this in a row when I visited my parents last year.
