Nightmare Entity

You know those malicious entities in folklore that are said to walk on your chest at night and bring on nightmares? The more I look at this photograph, the more I think this is a picture of mine. In truth I've no idea what this is supposed to be, but it was in the middle of my developed roll of 120 so there you go.
