Mystery family living in my Lubitel

The only picture on the roll of Soviet era Foto-65 film that was in the Lubitel 166B I bought on eBay from someone in Ukraine. Who are they? Where did they live? Where did they get those fabulous curtains? My guess is the photo is from the early 80's, perhaps?
