Downtown Tulsa, Blurry Style

I think my Petzval's focus is broken. I never am this off on focus on anything, ever. The only shot in focus is one of the birds at Infinity, the other is the same birds, same distance, me focusing. Out of focus. Ugh. I hope it's not broken. :( Shot blurrily in downtown Tulsa this past weekend.
