Canon Canonet 128 (ca. 1969–1970) The Canon Canonet 128 is a compact 35 mm rangefinder camera from the late 1960s, designed for ease of use with fully automatic exposure. It features a Canon 40 mm f/2.8 lens and uses a CdS light meter powered by a PX625 mercury battery (modern alternatives are available today). Exposure is entirely automatic through a programmed exposure system, where the camera selects both shutter speed and aperture — all you need to do is focus and shoot. Focusing is done via zone focusing, indicated by symbols in the viewfinder (portrait, group, landscape). The Canonet 128 was designed as a user-friendly alternative to the more advanced Canonet QL17, offering less manual control but much more simplicity. #CanonCanonet128 #Canonet128 #CanonCanonet #CanonFilmCamera #VintageCanon #FilmCamera #35mmFilm #RangefinderCamera #ShootFilmStayBroke #FilmCommunity #AnalogLove #FilmVibes #StayBrokeShootFilm #ShootFilmNotMegapixels #FilmWave #VintageCamera #AnalogCamera #FilmIsAlive #FilmPhotography #FilmCameraClub #FilmFeed #ShootFilm #FilmShootersCollective #Filmisnotdead #CanonFilm #CanonPhotography #RetroCamera #FilmAesthetic #FilmCulture #ClassicCamera #CameraGear #OldSchoolCamera #AnalogVibes #Shoot35mm #RetroVibes #CameraPorn #FilmObsession #FilmDaily #EverydayAnalog #CanonShooter #CanonRangefinder #PointAndShoot #StreetPhotography #ClassicCanon #OldCameras #AnalogPeople #35mmLove #AnalogShooter #FilmLook #VintageLook #CaptureOnFilm #CanonVibes
